Q: How do I
reserve my wedding date?
A: If your date is available, we will send you a contract and
information sheet. A deposit of 25% of your total package
price will hold your wedding date exclusively.
Q: Can I
customize your packages to fit my budget?
A: Yes. Our packages are not set in stone. You can add or
take away features in order to adjust the price for your budget.
Q: How do you
get sound for the wedding?
A: We have several microphones for different situations.
In most cases we will use a wireless lapel mic on the groom and/or
pastor. We also work with the audio engineer for your wedding
site to record a copy of the house audio.
Q: Do you attend
the rehearsal?
A: Yes, we always try to attend the wedding rehearsal when possible.
While we typically do not record footage at rehearsals, you can add
more time to any package for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
Q: Do you shoot in High Definition?
A: All packages are shot and produced in wide screen standard
definition. You can upgrade any package to High Definition on
Blu-Ray discs. Ask us about pricing.
Q: How soon will
I receive my DVDs?
A: Some packages take longer than others to edit, but we strive
for a 6 to 8 week turnaround period.
Q: How far will
you travel without travel expenses?
A: We do not charge travel expenses for weddings within a 50
mile radius of central Dallas/Ft Worth. Travel expenses will
be calculated per request and will vary according to distance and
location.
Q: Will you
travel overseas for a destination wedding?
A: Yes. In fact, we give discounts for destination wedding
videos that
take us to unique parts of the globe.
